Tayo Ilegbusi, Analyst, supports the research team at CEP in designing studies, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and writing final reports.
Prior to joining CEP in May 2016, Tayo graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Economics. While at UF, Tayo was a research assistant for his professor who was conducting World Bank-sponsored research projects, and he was also part of a small group of students working to start up a microfinance institution. Outside of those responsibilities, Tayo volunteered his time at a middle school and for Dance Marathon at UF, a major fundraising event for the UFHealth Shands Children’s Hospital. When he’s not doing rigorous analysis for CEP, you can catch Tayo spending time at the gym, playing the drums, watching a movie, or just keeping up with current economic/sociopolitical affairs.
