Lauren supports the People and Culture team, engaging with hiring, staff training and development, and program operations.
Prior to joining in February 2023, Lauren managed teams in hospitality, scaling service models, training, and operations systems to support cafe growth, building out customer service teams in Boston and the Bay Area. She holds a B.S. in Health Sciences from Boston University.
Outside of work, her time is spent enjoying the outdoors, scoping out new coffeeshops and breweries, and experimenting with weekend baking projects.
