Before joining CEP in 2026, Crystal worked as a business analyst at McKinsey, serving clients across healthcare, the social sector, retail, and manufacturing. She graduated in 2024 with a B.S. from Stanford in Management Science & Engineering.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys baking, playing video games, annoying her three cats, and exploring California’s historical landmarks with her family.
