Since our inception, CEP has helped foundations pursue effectiveness through our assessment tools, data-driven research on best practices, and our tailored programming for foundation leaders. Along the way, our foundation clients have often asked us to provide more customized advisory services to take CEP’s data-driven approach even further within their organizations. We’ve answered that call over the years by providing bespoke engagements beyond our assessment tool suite in the areas of foundation-grantee relationships, operational benchmarking, and information sharing between foundations.

Today, I’m excited to announce a new beginning at CEP with the hire of CEP’s first director of advisory services, Mary Kay Leonard, who will spearhead our advisory services work and build our practice. Mary Kay brings a tremendous wealth of experience in the world of grantmaking institutions and also advising. We hope you’ll join us in welcoming her and reach out to us to discuss your foundation’s assessment and advisory needs.
