Alyse d’Amico

Vice President of People and Culture; Advisor to the President

Alyse is focused on ensuring CEP is a great place to work and is responsible for the recruitment, training, and management of employees. She also works closely with the President on a variety of strategic initiatives.

From May 2011 – August 2014, Alyse served as Director of Development and has helped the organization secure more than $20 million in grant commitments during her tenure. From February 2008 to May 2011, Alyse served as Vice President, Programming, Communications, and Development, leading CEP’s programming aimed at foundation executives and trustees; CEP communications and marketing materials; and development-related communications. Prior to that, she held several roles at CEP, including Manager of Programming and Communications and Office Manager.

Before joining CEP in June 2003, Alyse worked in management at Morgan Stanley. She graduated magna cum laude from Skidmore College with a BA in Literature and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa society. Outside of the office, Alyse can most frequently be found in a bouncy castle at her neighborhood indoor playground or playing in the backyard with her two young sons.

Alyse enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at her sons’ school, where she serves as Board Chair.
