Last fall, with support from The Boston Foundation, the Institute for Nonprofit Practice (INP) launched its Well-being Initiative – an effort to research, develop, teach, and disseminate a set of interventions that address rising burnout, turnover, and workforce shortages in the social sector. Now, we invite you to join us for the release of INP’s well-being report – Thriving Together: Cultivating Well-being & Sustainability in the Social Sector – and corresponding panel discussion, hosted in partnership with The Boston Foundation.
This event will take place in person with lunch and networking from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ET followed by a formal program from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET. For those tuning in virtually, this event will be live-streamed from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 pm ET. Join us as INP and Community Science share new data on the state of well-being in the social sector, featuring actionable recommendations for social impact leaders, organizations, and donors to promote workplace wellness and sustainability.
