Aaron Morrill

Analyst, Assessment and Advisory Services

Aaron analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, writes reports, and provides assessment insights to CEP clients.

Before joining CEP in June 2024, Aaron worked as a research analyst for Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) and as an intern at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene on the Environment and Health Data Portal team. Aaron is an alumnus of two dual-degree programs between Columbia University and the Jewish Theological Seminary of America (JTS). He earned an MPH from Columbia’s Mailman School of Public Health and an MA in ethics from JTS’s Kekst Graduate School in 2023 as well as BAs in data science and Jewish thought from Columbia and JTS, respectively, in 2021. Outside of work, Aaron works as a basketball coach for Mass Commanders/I.C.E. Basketball in Newton, MA and also enjoys cooking, hiking, and playing music.
