Caroline Gasparini

Coordinator, Research

Caroline supports the Research team at CEP in project management, data collection, and survey administration. 

Before joining CEP, Caroline worked as a strategic communications consultant at Spitfire Strategies, partnering with progressive nonprofits and foundations to build sustainable and engaging movements for social change. She also spent time as a bookseller while completing an M.F.A. in Creative Writing at Mills College. A New Englander at heart, she holds a B.A. in American Studies with a minor in Economics from Smith College.

Caroline lives in San Francisco, where you can find her taking writing workshops, organizing with local mutual aid, and cancelling plans to hang out with her dog.
