Dashary Martinez

Senior Coordinator, Finance and Operations

Dashary supports the Finance and Operations team with daily tasks and operations.

Prior to joining CEP in August 2021, Dashary served as a Community Engagement Manager at Boston College where she worked closely with organizations and schools in the city of Mattapan. In addition to her work at BC, she served the public as the former Deputy Director of Governor Baker’s Office of Constituent Services and Community Affairs. In that role, Dashary traveled throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to engage and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders, local officials, business executives, and community partners in efforts to promote the well-being and economic prosperity of under-served communities in the Commonwealth.

Dashary holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration from Boston College. Outside of work, Dashary enjoys cooking new recipes, crafting, and spending time with her family.
