Eli Perez

Technical Program Senior Manager, Finance, Operations, and Technology

Eli Perez leads technology programs and projects at CEP, overseeing the planning and execution of systems and initiatives that strengthen the organization’s data, survey, and reporting capabilities. He works cross-functionally to align technology solutions with CEP’s operational and strategic goals.

Before joining CEP, Eli held engineering leadership roles at EBSCO Information Services, VAS, and Great Gray Trust Company, where he directed multiple development teams and led large-scale transitions to Agile and cloud-based environments. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management from Western Governors University and several professional certifications, including AWS Cloud Practitioner, Agile Leadership, and Six Sigma. His experience includes portfolio management, systems integration, and driving organizational efficiency through technology and collaboration.

Eli is passionate about building collaborative, transparent teams and using technology to simplify processes and enhance impact. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling to new places and spending time with his family.
