Joyce analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, writes reports, and provides assessment insights to CEP clients.
Prior to joining CEP in July 2022, Joyce graduated from Emory University with a Master of Public Health. During her degree, she conducted a community needs assessment and a program evaluation for organizations in the public and nonprofit sectors. Joyce also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wellesley College. In her spare time, Joyce enjoys playing board games, cooking, and exploring cafes with family and friends.
