Joyce Cheng

Associate Manager, Learning Institute

Joyce co-leads design, content development, and delivery of peer learning cohorts and custom workshops to foundation staff, leaders, donors, and trustees in collaboration with CEP Learning Institute’s vice president and senior manager.

Joyce previously served as a senior analyst on CEP’s Assessment and Advisory Services, where she analyzed quantitative and qualitative data, wrote reports, and provided assessment insights to CEP clients.

Prior to joining CEP in 2022, Joyce graduated from Emory University with a master’s in public health, where she conducted a community needs assessment and a program evaluation for organizations in the public and nonprofit sectors. Joyce also holds a bachelor’s in psychology from Wellesley College. In her spare time, Joyce enjoys playing board games, cooking, and exploring cafes with family and friends.
