Kristy Luk

Senior Manager, Assessment and Advisory Services

Kristy leads the creation and presentation of assessment insights for CEP’s clients. She is also involved with CEP’s Learning Institute, which offers peer learning cohorts and custom workshops to foundation staff, leaders, donors, and trustees.

Prior to joining CEP in 2022, Kristy worked at TCC Group, where she project managed customized client engagements focused on nonprofit and philanthropic strategy as well as grants management. Kristy began her career in youth development, education policy, and community organizing.

Kristy holds a B.A. in Social Studies from Harvard and a Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School. Outside of work, Kristy enjoys playing word games, exploring new cities, and cooking with friends.
