Malaki Hernandez

Analyst, Assessment & Advisory Services

As an analyst, Malaki analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, writes reports, and provides assessment insights to CEP clients.

Before joining CEP in May 2025, Malaki worked as an associate at Wayfair on their supplier advertising team and as a community liaison for Boston City Council under Councilor Frank Baker. Malaki is an alumnus of Boston College where he holds a bachelor’s in International Studies concentrating in ethics and social justice with a minor in Management and Leadership. Outside of work, Malaki enjoys playing basketball, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new places across the world.
