Former Position at CEP
Director, Partnerships

Length of Tenure at CEP
4 years, 3 months

What are you up to these days?
As Associate Manager of Partner Services at Listen4Good, I help philanthropic and nonprofit partners meet their strategic goals through access to Listen4Good’s feedback resources. Listen4Good supports organizations to gather and analyze client feedback data for fundraising, strategic decision-making, and advancing equity goals.

How did your time at CEP prepare you for what you are doing now?
My role at YouthTruth was a logical precursor to my work at Listen4Good. For example, at YouthTruth, I facilitated funder learning communities to explore ways of integrating student feedback into education philanthropy. At Listen4Good, I’m facilitating funder and grantee partnerships in order to improve outcomes across the social sector.

What do you miss most about working at CEP?
CEP encourages all staff to bring their whole selves to work. I’m still in touch with most of my colleagues from YouthTruth today, and we support one another in our professional lives as well as the personal.

What advice would you give someone about working at CEP?
Ask lots of questions! Your colleagues will be excited to support you in your learning and growth, and leadership is always happy to share the “why” behind decisions and think through how processes can be improved.

Describe your perfect Sunday.
I love exploring cities and long dinners with friends and family. So my ideal Sunday would be a trek around my neighborhood in New York City, and hosting a dinner party in the evening.
