Sarah Lundy

Director of Partnerships, YouthTruth

Sarah leads YouthTruth’s Partnerships team to engage school, district and state leaders to develop capacity to use student, family, and staff data to drive systems change. She partners with leadership teams to address high-leverage challenges by developing and strengthening data systems and practices.

Grounded in the belief that shifting adult beliefs are the primary driver for creating positive learning environments, Sarah brings expertise in school and district improvement, transformational leadership coaching, participatory systems change, instructional coaching, and cultivating networks of educational leaders.

Prior to joining Youth Truth, Sarah held senior roles at WestEd and the Sonoma County Office of Education, where she led leadership development efforts. Earlier in her career, she taught middle and high school for more than a decade in Arizona and Oregon.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys all things the Pacific Ocean has to offer, live music, sharing meals with family and friends, and learning about the world with her children, nieces and nephews.
