Emily Radwin

Manager, Assessment and Advisory Services

Emily analyzes data, writes reports, and leads creation and presentation of CEP’s benchmarking assessments. She helped develop CEP’s approach to supporting funders’ data collection and thoughtful use of demographic data. Emily works alongside funders to help them customize an approach to understanding the demographics of their staffs, boards, and grantee organizations.

Prior to joining CEP in 2016, Emily supported training, program model design, and evaluation at the nonprofit BELL (Building Educated Leaders for Life). She’s also previously worked as an elementary school teacher and served with AmeriCorps. Emily graduated from Smith College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education & Psychology.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys spending time with friends, reading memoirs, and trying new restaurants.
