Austin Long

Senior Director, Assessment and Advisory Services

Austin leads relationships with hundreds of funders using CEP’s assessments and customized advisory engagements. He also leads external outreach and collaboration efforts, as well as internal operations for the assessment and advisory services team at CEP. Austin is a frequent speaker at national conferences and at individual funders on topics of partner and key stakeholder feedback.

Before joining CEP in 2011, Austin worked at the Corporate Executive Board where he led employee engagement surveys, assessments, research, and strategic planning with a global membership of more than 2,000 senior executives. He has been a board member for several national education and environment nonprofits. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science with concentrations in Corporate Strategy and Management of Technology from Vanderbilt University.

Austin is based in Denver, CO and enjoys hiking, camping, and other outdoor adventures with his family.
