For the closing session of the Festival, London Funders will be hosting a joint conversation with the US-based Centre for Effective Philanthropy. We’ll discuss where there are shared lessons across our two countries when it comes to supporting Black and minoritised communities, looking particularly at the origins of wealth in philanthropy, how funders shift power, and why they should invest in Black and minoritised communities for the longer term.
