We have experienced and learned a lot in these past long months. The disparities exposed by the pandemic, the violence exacerbated by it, and the renewed spotlight on racial injustice have led us to a point of inflection. We can take this opportunity to broaden our leadership, reexamine our missions and values, and act in ways to even better serve our communities. Together we can build a stronger sector.
In this program presented by Philanthropy Massachusetts and Massachusetts Nonprofit Network (MNN), we will take a collective step back to look at the landscape of the social sector and then ask some hard questions. What does the future look like for the sector? What can you do to lead your organization to a better normal?
Guiding us through these discussions will be Jim Klocke, Chief Executive Officer of MNN, and Alex McCray, Senior Director of Programs at Philanthropy MA. We will hear from nonprofit peers and leaders in the philanthropic community as we explore what building better and stronger means to us individually and organizationally.

Giselle Ferro Puigbo, Executive Director of the Brookline Community Foundation.
